The parts are known. The quote should take minutes.
A request comes in by text, email or photo. Axle matches it to your catalog and price book, applies your customer pricing and margin rules, and produces the quote in your template. A person approves, it goes.
From $999 a month. See pricing
The delay isn't the parts. It's everything after.
At a supply house or a small distributor, the person quoting is usually also the owner, the counter, and the one the customer calls.
Before
- Look up each part, check stock, find the customer's price
- Type it into the template, attach it, email it
- Twenty minutes for a simple one; an afternoon for a long list
- The quotes pile up and get done after hours
- The customer who texted at 2 PM hears back tomorrow
With Axle
- The text, email or photo is matched to your catalog, part numbers and all
- Stock and price pulled from your system; customer pricing and margin rules applied
- Quote produced in your exact template, in minutes
- You approve from your phone; it sends
- Every quote tracked: outstanding, won, lost, forecast

Quote automation questions.
What do we need to get started?
The exports you already have: an inventory or catalog report from your ERP or QuickBooks, your price lists, your quote template, and a folder of past quotes. Onboarding takes about a week and nothing gets migrated.
Does anything go out without me seeing it?
Only if you want it to. Every quote waits for your approval by default. When you trust the drafts, you can set rules for what sends on its own, per customer or dollar threshold, and pull it back any time.
How does it get better?
You upload the final you actually sent, and Axle compares it to its own draft line by line. Corrections queue for one-click approval. It never changes pricing on its own.
What does it cost?
Plans start at $999 a month, scoped to quote volume. Pricing details.
Send us a quote you sent last month.
We'll show you what Axle produces from the same request, in your template, in the demo.
