This website, getaxle.ai (the "Site"), and the Axle demo line are operated by Startup Sales Consulting LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Axle ("Axle", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

The short version: we collect what you give us through the contact form, what happens on demo calls you choose to make, and basic anonymous usage data. We use it to follow up with you and to run and improve the product. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.

What we collect

Contact form. If you send a note through the Site, we collect what you enter: name, email, phone, company, and anything you write about your work.
Demo line calls. If you call the demo line at (830) 396-6361, the call is answered by AI and is recorded and transcribed. We collect the audio, the transcript, the phone number you call from, any callback number you share, and the details of what you ask for.
Scheduling. If you book a demo, scheduling runs through Calendly and we receive the details you enter there.
Usage analytics. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the Site: pages visited, clicks, scrolling, and general device and location information. This is aggregate behavior data, not your name or contact details.

The demo line, specifically

The demo line answers as "Axle Supply," a fictional parts business we use to demonstrate the product. The agent identifies itself as AI at the start of the call. By continuing the call, you consent to it being recorded and transcribed.

If you share a callback number on the call, we'll send one text message with a link to your sample quote. Message and data rates may apply. We won't use that number to send marketing texts. The quotes are sample documents, no order is placed, and nothing is charged or shipped.

It's a demo, so keep it to demo material: please don't share sensitive personal or financial information on the call.

How we use it

To respond to you and set up demos you ask for.
To run the demo line: answer the call, build your sample quote, and send it to you.
To improve Axle, including reviewing call recordings and transcripts to make the agent better.
To understand how the Site is used and make it better.

Who sees it

The Axle team, and the service providers who run our infrastructure on our behalf: Formspree processes the contact form, Calendly handles scheduling, Microsoft Clarity provides analytics, and telephony and AI providers carry and process demo calls and texts. These providers act for us under their own privacy and security terms. We don't sell your information, we don't rent it, and we don't hand it to advertisers.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions and demo call records are kept as long as they're useful for following up with you and improving the product. If you want something deleted, ask and we'll delete it.

Your choices

The contact form is optional. So is calling the demo line.
If you don't want a call recorded, don't continue the demo call.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll say so plainly here.
