Privacy Policy

This website, getaxle.ai (the "Site"), is operated by Axle Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Axle", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect through the Site, why, and what we do with it. How we handle customer data in the Axle service is covered by the Data Processing Agreement.

The short version: we collect what you give us through the contact form and demo scheduling, plus basic anonymous usage data. We use it to follow up with you and to improve the Site. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.

What we collect

Contact form. If you send a note through the Site, we collect what you enter: name, email, phone, company, and anything you write about your work.
Scheduling. If you book a demo, scheduling runs through Calendly and we receive the details you enter there.
Usage analytics. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the Site: pages visited, clicks, scrolling, and general device and location information. This is aggregate behavior data, not your name or contact details.

How we use it

To respond to you and set up demos you ask for.
To understand how the Site is used and make it better.

Who sees it

The Axle team, and the service providers who run the Site on our behalf: Formspree processes the contact form, Calendly handles scheduling, and Microsoft Clarity provides analytics. These providers act for us under their own privacy and security terms. We don't sell your information, we don't rent it, and we don't hand it to advertisers.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions and scheduling details are kept as long as they're useful for following up with you. We previously operated a demo phone line; any recordings or transcripts from those calls are kept only as long as needed to improve the product and are deleted on request. If you want something deleted, ask and we'll delete it.

Your choices

The contact form is optional.
Email us at hello@getaxle.ai to ask what we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll say so plainly here.
