Common questions.
What decides the Quote Automation price?
Quote volume and how many product lines and templates we onboard. A thirty minute call gets you an exact number.
Can we start with quoting and add the engineering work later?
Yes. It's the same system. Most customers start with quoting because it's where the delay is visible, then extend into selection, sizing and vendor pricing once the team trusts the drafts.
Is there a contract?
Twelve-month subscription terms, billed monthly or annually, under the Service Terms and DPA published on this site.
What do we need to get started?
The exports you already have: an inventory or catalog report from your ERP or QuickBooks, your price lists, your quote and proposal templates, and a folder of past quotes. Nothing gets migrated.
